Not very save to leave your things behind, I forgot one trolly last year went to shop then went to back to booker I asked them they said nothing been left here! I asked them for Cctv they said to me they can’t find anything on Cctv, I believe they never check the Cctv! Or Cctv not working over there!.

The best place to go in Stoke-on-Trent for catering needs. I use Booker since years for ordering for a care home and also for a restaurant before. Now currently I still get my cleaning supplies from there for my own (non-food) business.

Awful rude staff standing at the door smoking, shouted across the car park to put our masks on. When we entered staff were very unwelcoming and when we were questioned about our business they asked us to leave stating they only served catering businesses and we should use Macro. Fair enough but we weren't aware of this hadn't seen anything on the site. We left of course without argument but it must be said that the manner of the staff was hardly customer friendly.
